Our staff members live in the communities we serve, promoting health and wellness in Central Vermont, including Washington County and five towns in Orange County (Orange, Washington, Williamstown, Brookfield and Braintree). We work on a variety of health topics in partnership with schools, worksites, town offices and local service providers. We also serve individuals and families right in our office.
