Surveying the Health of Vermonters

Health surveys help us understand the health of Vermonters and the factors that contribute to health in our state. Data from these surveys help guide our work. You may receive a phone call or mailings asking you to participate in a survey. Additionally, every other year, we work with Vermont middle and high schools to administer a youth health survey in classrooms.

Think you've been contacted by one of our surveys, but not sure? Call us at 1-800-869-2871 or email us, and we'll be happy to tell you whether or not the call came from the Vermont Department of Health.
