Public health Data EXPLORER

Healthy Vermonters 2020 captures priority health outcomes and indicators for the decade. The Quick Reference (Caledonia) (Essex) gives a look at the indicators and progress toward our goals.

Health Data Across all ages

The Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Survey (BRFSS) and Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) look at health indicators across the age spectrum. Vermont tracks adult health-related risk behaviors, chronic health conditions, and use of preventive services using the BRFSS. YRBS monitors health risk behaviors that contribute to the leading causes of death, disease, injury and social problems among youth.
