Important notes before scheduling a meeting in the community room. 

• Anyone who would like to use the community room, must be a part of a non-profit organization.
• Maximum Capacity 125
• All bookings require a 24 hours notice in this system. If the date is “greyed out” or the time does not appear, it is most likely unavailable.
• A member of the Vermont Department of Health or Community College of Vermont (CCV) staff must be present during your meeting, if scheduled outside of business hours.
• Doors will be locked outside of our normal business hours.
