Workforce Retention Learning Collaborative Series

Staff retention has a crucial impact on the Behavioral Health workforce. Join the Central East ATTC as we provide a 4 part learning collaborative series on workforce development and retention. This series will provide participants with the opportunity to explore peer to peer staff retention strategies and best practices for those who are in the helping profession. The first two sessions will be hosted for Supervisors and Managers while the last two sessions will be designed for Employees and Staff. You can sign up for each session by using one registration link. Additional handouts will also be provided for participants.
