The Southeast PTTC presents a three-part Workforce Development (WFD) webinar series designed to equip prevention professionals in Southeast PTTC Region 4 and practitioners in Tennessee with foundational knowledge and skills aligned with the Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) certification domains. This interactive series offers a focused opportunity to explore core competencies, deepen understanding of the CPS exam content, and connect with a small cohort of peers pursuing certification.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Explain the importance of implementing evidence-based programs and practices with fidelity.
- Describe the purpose and process of strategic prevention planning aligned with CPS standards.
- Identify key components of effective prevention program selection, implementation, and evaluation.
- Distinguish between individual-level and environmental-level strategies in prevention.
