The Fiscal Agent Factor – What Every Coalition Should Know
Coalitions often rely on fiscal agents to provide credibility, financial management, and compliance support. When these partnerships work, they strengthen prevention efforts and create sustainability. When they fail, they can stall programs, create ethical risks, and erode trust.
This 90-minute session uses a TRIZ-inspired framework to explore both the “worst-case scenarios”, and the practical steps coalitions can take to prevent them. Participants will engage in interactive reflection, review sample scenarios, and leave with ten concrete considerations for selecting, managing, and transitioning fiscal agents.
