Every prevention professional needs to evaluate their program, but it can feel overwhelming to figure out where to start. This workshop breaks it down into simple steps. You’ll learn how to map out your program’s goals, build a data and impact plan, and create strong surveys that provide meaningful data.

You will also receive our “Program Evaluation for Prevention Professionals Toolkit,” which provides a step-by-step guide and checklist to help you demonstrate the impact of your work.

Learning Objectives:

  • Create a simple program roadmap (logic model) to define what your program does and what success looks like
  • Choose the right evaluation approach to track progress and impact
  • Design surveys that work by asking the right questions in the right wa
  • Turn survey results into useful insights to guide decision-making and reporting
