Substance Use and Pregnancy: Update

Marjorie Meyer, MD, Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, & Reproductive Sciences, Vice Chair for Obstetrics, and Division Director for Maternal Fetal Medicine at the Larner College of Medicine, University of Vermont will review Tobacco and Nicotine use during pregnancy and postpartum, Alcohol use during pregnancy, Methadone and Buprenorphine medication management, Managing Neonatal Abstinence, and Antidepressants during pregnancy including treating and optimizing mental health, improving pain control, and SSRI safety data.
