Description
This training covers sexually transmitted infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and respiratory infections.
Objectives
Following this training, participants will have the knowledge to:
- Name 3 common sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- Recognize actions that increase risk of skin and soft tissue infections (SSTI) in persons who injection drugs.
- Recall best practices to link people into treatment for tuberculosis (TB).
For trainings that indicate Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available, contact the organizer and/or the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation to verify that the credits will count toward the continuing education requirements of your licensure or certification.
