Laboratory Certification or Approval
The Vermont Department of Health has the authority under 8 V.S.A., Chapter 129, Section 4724 to approve laboratories that perform Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) related tests in connection with application for insurance coverage in Vermont.
