Navigating Patient-Centered Medications for Opioid Use Disorder Care

At the conclusion of this learning session, participants will be able to: 

  • Compare the utility of two evidence-based screening tools in identifying the person’s Substance Use Disorder treatment needs.
  • Describe one strategy for transferring and coordinating Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) care within Vermont’s Hub and Spoke system. 
  • Summarize how to incorporate objective and subjective measures into the formulation of individualized treatment plans for MOUD care.
