Become a Breastfeeding Friendly Employer (Bennington WIC)

The Bennington Local Health Office invites you to join in learning about the Breastfeeding Friendly Employer Project. The Bennington WIC team will be at the Bennington Community Farmers Market on Saturday, August 1st, from 10 am – 2 pm to share information about the important health benefits that breastfeeding provides for both infants and parents. Employers play a critical role in creating workplace policies that support employees giving their babies the healthiest start in life, and are eligible to be recognized as Breastfeeding Friendly, an official designation indicating the employer’s commitment to their lactating workforce and their families.
