The Vermont Department of Health has moved as of March 2024.

Burlington Office of Local Health, including WIC services, is now located at 128 Lakeside Avenue, Burlington, VT.

Health Department Central Office is now located at 280 State Drive, Waterbury, VT.

There are limited in-person services at the Waterbury office. There is a drop box in the Waterbury office lobby for anyone who cannot send information or materials electronically or by mail.
