- The rate of suicide deaths in Vermont through January 2026 is similar to the previous three-year average.
- The rate of suicide-related ED visits through March 2026 is lower than the previous three-year average.
- Residents of Bennington, Rutland, and Windham Counties are experiencing a higher rate of suicide-related ED visits compared to Vermont as a whole through March 2026. The rate of ED visits is lower among residents of Lamoille and Orleans Counties.
