For Families

Child Care and School-Related

We can offer guidance and support to schools and child care facilities for meeting state immunization requirements, and can assist with analysis of child care and school annual immunization reports and data.

For Health Care Providers

Immunization & Health Care Professionals

We help local medical practices increase their immunization rates by using a quality improvement program known as AFIX. We discuss the practice’s immunization rates, facilitate review of evidence-based strategies, and support development of plans to increase vaccination coverage in our communities.
