Keynote

Our Keynote speaker, Kenneth Warner, PhD, Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan, is a leading health economist focused on tobacco harm reduction. His research evaluates how alternative nicotine products, like e-cigarettes, can help adult smokers quit combustible cigarettes while analyzing the risk of these products acting as a gateway to smoking or marijuana use among adolescents. Through U-M's Center for the Assessment of Tobacco Regulations (CAsToR), his work provides data-driven frameworks to regulate how distinct addictive substances interact in the population.
