Integrated Behavioral Health Models Webinar

The first webinar of this series will focus on models of integrated behavioral health and primary care from the perspective of three comprehensive systems of care: Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Kansas implementing the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM); Spectra Health in North Dakota, which is an award winning Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) implementing the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) Model; and the integration efforts of South Dakota Indian Urban Health (SDIUH) who operates two PCMHs, grounded in collective healing, holistic wellness, and indigenous values. 

This webinar will explore the rationale for choosing an integrated model, how these models are operationalized in practice (e.g., referral criteria, quality improvement metrics, and financing), patient and provider experiences, and key considerations for implementation.
