From Insight to Impact: How to Measure Meaningful Change in Prevention Policy, Session 2

This interactive workshop will help prevention professionals move beyond implementation to effectively measure and communicate the impact of policy and systems-level strategies. Session 2 is a hands-on workshop in which participants apply the framework learned in Session 1 to their own work. Participants will be guided through completing a one-page coalition measurement plan specifying indicators, data sources, responsible team members, and collection timelines.
