Contingency Management in Practice: Evidence, Ethics, and Implementation (Session 1)
The New England ATTC is launching a three-part targeted TA webinar series titled, "Contingency Management in Practice: Evidence, Ethics, and Implementation" with subject matter expert Carla Rash on September 19, 2025 from 12:00-1:00PM EST. This three-part virtual series exploring Contingency Management (CM), an evidence-based intervention shown to improve outcomes in substance use treatment. Each session builds on the next to provide a practical understanding of CM—from foundational concepts and research to ethical considerations and real-world application.
-Session 1 (9/19/25): Foundations of Contingency Management: What It Is and Why It Works - An introduction to CM, its core principles, and evidence base in substance use treatment.
Session 2 (9/24/25): Ethical, Policy, and Funding Considerations for CM: Applying It Responsibly - Exploring real-world challenges, funding models, special populations, and ethical implementation.
-Session 3 (9/26/25): Data-Driven CM: Research, Outcomes, and Lessons from the Field - Highlighting evaluation data, best practices, and emerging recommendations for success.
