will reopen on Monday, July 7.
It has been closed to allow for repairs following recent flash flooding.
Services, Resources Offered
- Eligibility screening for programs such as food stamps, Reach Up (formerly known as ANFC) and Medicaid programs.
- EPSDT, the Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment Program for Dr. Dynasaur-eligible children.
- Healthy Babies, Kids & Families - Health care and support services through pregnancy and delivery and for infants and children from birth to 5 years.
- Breastfeeding Information & Mother to Mother Support: We have public health nurses and a nutritionist who are available to provide information about infant feeding, to help you get off to a good start and to answer questions if you are breastfeeding. We also have breast pumps available for WIC participants.
- More Breastfeeding Information.
- Ladies First - Offers free mammograms and Pap tests for income-eligible Vermont women age 40 and older without Medicaid, VHAP or Medicare Part B, and age 18 to 39 with breast symptoms or an abnormal Pap test. For women 40 and older, screenings for cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure and more are available at selected sites.
- WIC, the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children.
