Fees (Current and Future)

Important :

Certain fees will be increasing this July!

For physicians, the initial and reinstatement application fee will go up to

$600. The renewal application fee will rise to $500.

For podiatrists, the initial and reinstatement application fee will increase to

$600. The renewal application fee will climb to $500.

Remember, also, that physician renewal applications are due by

November 30!
