The Department of Health operates 12 District Offices located throughout the state. All Vermont residents have a local health office they can count on for health services, information, and for disease prevention and emergency response services.

Breastfeeding Promotion and Support
Public health nurses and a nutritionist are available to answer breastfeeding questions to help you and your baby get off to a good start. Breast pumps are available for WIC participants.
