Vermont mandates annual immunization reporting for regulated child care programs, K-12 schools, and colleges to safeguard against vaccine-preventable diseases. This is in line with Vermont's School Entry Immunization Rule, which sets the minimum vaccination requirements.
Annual Immunization Reporting Process
