Most Vermonters who smoke want to quit. You may be one of them, or know someone who is trying to quit tobacco. With the right tools and support, you can do it.

The Health Department works to support and engage adolescents in promoting their own health and healthy development.

Everyone with asthma – especially children and teens – should have an up-to-date Asthma Action Plan. This is a written plan that you fill out with your child and your child’s doctor to help control asthma and know what to do in emergencies.

Schools and their communities play a key role in helping to establish lifelong healthy behaviors, and thereby improving health outcomes for Vermont's school-aged children.
