Vermont Department of Health provides vaccinations at no charge for those who are under 65 years old and who meet the following criteria:

*Uninsured, or

*A patient of a medical practice that cannot receive vaccine from the Vermont Vaccines for Children & Adults program

This clinic does not provide vaccinations for COVID-19.
