The Immunization & Infectious Disease Conference is Postponed
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic response, we are postponing the Immunization & Infectious Disease Conference. We are hoping to hold the conference in fall 2020. If you’ve registered and paid for the conference, you’ll be contacted. We apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and hard work during this difficult time.
Join us on the shores of Lake Champlain to learn about the latest in infectious disease and immunizations. The 2020 Immunization and Infectious Disease Conference is sponsored by the Vermont Department of Health. This conference is ideal for medical providers, nurses, school nurses, public health professionals, pharmacists and students from across Vermont.
The conference will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at the Hilton Burlington Lake Champlain in Burlington, Vermont. Free parking is available. Breakfast and registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and conference programming is from 8:30 a.m - 3:30 p.m. Lunch is provided, and continuing education credits are available.

Payments for attendees can be made by check, upon invoice, or online with a credit card.
To pay by check: Please register for the conference using the “CHECK/INVOICE Payment” option. Make your check payable to Vermont Department of Health. In the memo line, write "2020 IZID" and Attendee Name(s). If the check is for a group of attendees, please include a list of everyone in the group. Mail the check to:

To pay by credit card: Register for the conference using the “CREDIT CARD Payment” option.
Health Department staff: Register for the conference using the “CHECK/INVOICE Payment” option, and then email Erin LaRose at Erin.LaRose@vermont.gov with the program code to charge for the registration fee.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation of conference registration is permitted until Friday, March 6, 2020 with a refund of all registration fees. After March 6, cancellation of attendee registration will result in the forfeit of all registration fees paid. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the conference without a loss of registration fees. In the event that the conference is canceled by the Vermont Department of Health, full refunds will be issued.
All cancellation, substitution and refund requests must be made in writing to Erin LaRose at Erin.LaRose@vermont.gov. A response to requests will be sent within five business days. If the request meets the refund specifications listed above, a refund will be initiated.
