Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is an illness marked by extreme fatigue. People with ME/CFS may also have problems with sleep, thinking, pain and dizziness. Scientists continue to study possible causes of ME/CFS.

There are people in Vermont who are impacted by ME/CFS. Some people affected by the disease have not yet been diagnosed. If you are concerned about ME/CFS, speak to your doctor.
