Barre “Know What to Do About the Flu” Forum Tonight

BARRE – The final regional "Know What to Do About the Flu" forum, hosted by the Vermont Department of Health and Vermont Emergency Management, will be held this evening 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Barre Opera House in downtown Barre.
Vermont Department of Health Commissioner Wendy Davis, MD, will be the lead presenter as state officials discuss preparations underway for the new flu – 2009 H1N1 influenza – along with the regular seasonal flu this fall.
Thirteen local flu forums will follow the final regional forum beginning in Ludlow on Oct. 8, 6:30 p.m. at the Ludlow Town Hall.
