have enclosed a copy of the May 1999 Evaluation FastFact from the Evaluation
Center@HSRI.
This edition discusses the use of mortality rates to measure
mental health service system performance. Since
mortality is one of the outcome indicators recommended by the Performance
Indicator Advisory Group at its last meeting, I thought you would be interested
in what the outside world has to say.
