Help Me Grow Vermont is a system model for improving access to existing resources and services for expectant parents and families with young children through age eight. Help Me Grow promotes the healthy development of children by supporting families, providers and communities to identify vulnerable children and link families to community-based programs and services.

Our team of medical social workers are here to help children and families with special health needs, and the providers who care for them.

We have selected measures to reflect current Alcohol & Drug Abuse Programs priorities. We use these measures to monitor our performance and the performance of our funded providers.

The Vermont Prescription Monitoring System collects, monitors, and analyzes electronically transmitted prescribing and dispensing data submitted by pharmacies and dispensing practitioners.
