  • 4 medium apples
  • 4 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 cup water
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Remove core from apples, leaving 1⁄2 inch of the core at the bottom of the apple. Peel top 1/3 of apple.
3. Arrange apples in baking pan. Put 1 tablespoon of raisins in the center of each apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour water into pan.
4. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until tender. Spoon liquid from pan over apples one or two times during cooking.
